After six years, the Taicang Zhongbo Railway team has once again set foot in Australia, appearing at AusRAIL PLUS 2025, the premier railway exhibition in the Southern Hemisphere.   The purpose of this trip was to reconnect with old friends, meet new acquaintances, and engage in discussions about the present and future of railway fastening technology. What we brought was not grand concepts, but tangible solutions focused on "connection" and "safety." As the exhibition drew to a close, our experience proved to be immensely rewarding. Last week, AusRAIL PLUS 2025 officially concluded. For Taicang Zhongbo Railway, this was more than just an industry gathering; it was a remarkable "reunion with old friends"—marking our first return to this stage since 2019. At the Zhongbo Railway booth, we remained committed to focusing on the "cornerstone of railway safety"—the fastener system. Instead of dazzling gimmicks, we brought tangible products, technical data, and real-world success stories to the exhibition floor. This exhibition proudly presents our comprehensive portfolio of rail fastening solutions, with a core focus on the W14R, E20, and W12 rail fastening systems, alongside a dedicated crane rail fastening system. These robust systems are engineered to deliver unparalleled safety, stability, and durability for diverse rail applications across the globe. Complementing these systems, we showcase essential components that form the backbone of track integrity: high-performance rail fasteners, reliable railway sleeper fixings, secure tension clamps, resilient rail clips, sturdy screw spikes, and precision track bolts. Each product reflects our commitment to quality, proven by successful deployments in over 60 countries. They are designed to meet varied technical standards and withstand extreme climatic challenges, ensuring dependable performance from high-speed lines to heavy-haul corridors. Our solutions transform engineering excellence into lasting partnerships for the global rail industry.   Case Studies as Anchors: Validating Reliability with Practical Experience Zhongbo Railway's fastener products have already been exported to over 60 countries and regions worldwide, including markets in Europe, North America, South America, Asia, Africa, and Oceania. Participating in the Australian International Railway Exhibition this time is a significant step for the company to further expand its presence in the Oceania market. For this exhibition, we prepared display stands showcasing project case studies, highlighting the successful applications of Zhongbo fasteners across the globe. As visitors flipped through the pages, we revisited together the solid footprint the company has left in the global rail transit sector: from the Mexico Maya Train project and the Tanzania Central Line Railway project, to projects in the hot and arid climate of Saudi Arabia, as well as numerous railway projects across Europe, North America, and South America. These globally distributed project cases not only serve as strong evidence of Zhongbo's international reach but also demonstrate our capability to provide reliable fastener solutions tailored to diverse climatic conditions, technical standards, and operational requirements. Looking Ahead Every event concludes, but dedication endures. Zhongbo Railway will continue to invest in research and development, returning to the core of production. In Saudi Arabia, where daily temperature swings can exceed 30°C and harsh sandstorms are relentless, just how much strain must a railway fastening system endure? Back in 2015, when the first batch of fasteners bearing the ZhongBo label were loaded into containers bound for the Persian Gulf, few could have predicted that these seemingly ordinary steel components would prove to be such remarkable "long-distance runners" in the Saudi desert. Today, we share our story with the Dammam–Riyadh Railway – a tale of the steadfast "Steel Guardians" holding the line in the sands. The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia primarily features three main railway networks: the North Railway Network, the East Railway Network, and the Haramain High-Speed Rail. These networks serve regions that concentrate approximately three-quarters of the kingdom's population and over half of its economic activity. The Dammam–Riyadh Railway forms part of this crucial East Railway Network. The East Railway is a 733-kilometer dual-track passenger line connecting Riyadh and Dammam, passing through Al-Hasa and Buqayq. Additionally, its 550-kilometer freight line links the King Abdulaziz Port in Dammam with the Riyadh Dry Port, serving key locations including Al-Hasa, Buqayq, Al Khobar, Al-Kharj, Harad, and Wadi al-Wasee.   Much of the project traverses deep into the desert: ZBRF - W14R System   Confronted by the extreme desert environment, our W14R fastening system met the challenge with robust performance. The selected materials are engineered to withstand the significant daily temperature variations, while specialized anti-corrosion treatments effectively resist persistent erosion from intense wind and sand. These targeted design features allowed the W14R fastening system to reliably assume the role of "Steel Guardian" for the Dammam–Riyadh Railway.  The results speak for themselves. In 2024, during a revisit to the Dammam–Riyadh Railway site, we witnessed our supplied fasteners operating stably. Photos taken on-site clearly show the fasteners, despite years of service, maintaining excellent condition and securely safeguarding the track's safety and stability. These components are not just a powerful testament to our product quality but also symbolize the strong collaborative partnership we share with our Saudi clients. From "Made in China" to "Crafted with Quality in China": This project reflects more than just the success of a single fastening system; it serves as a mirror showcasing the growing confidence in Chinese manufacturing. From initially learning and adhering to international standards, we have progressed to developing customized solutions for specific environments like the desert. Over nine years, we have demonstrated that Chinese manufacturing can not only go global but also take root and thrive overseas. Next time you pass by the Dammam–Riyadh Railway, take a moment to notice those steadfast fasteners on the tracks. They might seem inconspicuous, but their years of stable operation have written a story of Chinese quality in the heart of the desert. And the ZhongBo story continues... 2020-2023 We Supplied railway fastening system to Tren Maya, the first railway project combine AREMA & EN spec., heavy haul of passengers and freight mixing railroad. And this Oct, we went to Section 1 to see our products on site, which was opened to traffic in Dec. 2023.

2020-2023 We designed with institute together and supplied the E20 anti-vandal railway fastening system for Bangladesh Padema Bridge connecting rail project, and the bridge part was opened to traffic in Oct. 2023, which will save 8hours from the railway side, 5hours from the road side.
